Description Photoinitiator TPO is an efficient free radical (1)
type photoinitiator with absorption in the long wavelength range.
Due to its wide absorption range, its effective absorption peak is
350 ~ 400nm, which has been absorbed to about 420nm. Its absorption
chemicalbook peak is longer than that of conventional initiators.
After illumination, it can generate benzoyl and phosphoryl
radicals, which can initiate polymerization. Therefore, it has fast
light curing speed. It also has photobleaching effect, which is
suitable for deep curing of thick films and the characteristics of
yellowing of coatings. It has low volatility and is suitable for
water-based.The application field is mostly used in white system,
which can be used in UV curing coating, printing ink, UV curing
adhesive, optical fiber coating, photoresist, photopolymer printing
plate, stereolithographic resin, composite material, tooth filler,
etc.As photoinitiator, it is mainly used for silk screen printing
ink, lithography ink, flexo printing ink and wood coating. TPO can
be completely cured on the pigmented surface of white or high
titanium dioxide. It is widely used in various coatings. Because of
its excellent absorption performance, it is especially suitable for
silk screen printing ink, lithography, flexo printing ink and wood
coating. The coating does not turn yellow, the post polymerization
effect is low, and there is no residue. It can also be used for
transparent coating, especially for products with low odor
requirements. In unsaturated polyester containing styrene system,
chemicalbook has high initiation efficiency when used alone.
Acrylate systems, especially colored systems, usually need to be
used in combination with amine or acry lamide and other
photoinitiators to achieve complete curing of the system,
especially for low yellowing, white systems and thick film curing.
The curing efficiency can be improved by using photoinitiator TPO
in combination with mob240 or cbp393. It is the best extraction
solvent for petroleum aromatics units and is also used as
